| To rent any equipment, tool, party or event item the customer must provide two pieces of valid identification along with an address and phone. Payment is required in advance, unless prior arrangements have been made. To schedule a party or event rental a contact must be signed and a deposit paid within 3 days of the date of request for reservation. If the contact is not signed and the deposit paid, after 3 days the party, event item will again be available for rent. Heavy equipment is rented by the day (a 24 hour period with up to 8 hours hours of use), week ( a 7-day period with up to 40 hours of use), month (a 30 day period with up to 160 hours of use). Hours of use above the alotted time will be prorated and charged at the appropriate rate. Inflatables rented for periods of time to accomodate the customer. Usually from 2 to 3 hours to an all day event. (Reservation and deposit required). Tents, tables, chairs and wedding rentals are rented to accomodate the customer for a specific event. (Reservation and deposit required). Fees will be charged for equipment returned dirty, damaged, not filled with fuel, excess hours or late returns. We reserve the right to rent or refuse to rent to anyone with just cause. With the exception of party and wedding rentals we do not reserve, or hold equipment. We rent on a first come , first serve basis. Our goal is to provide you quality tools and equipment at competetive prices, delivered in a timely fashion. Our tools, party and wedding items were bought new along with some of the larger equipment. Most of the heavy equipment is late model equipment. We keep our equipment in good repair to keep downtime to a minimum. In order to keep our equipment working and in good repair we encourage feedback from you, our customer. Also, we expect to treat the rental as if it were your equipment. Mistreatment, or abuse of equipment will only result in a higher cost the next time someone needs to rent. |
